At Brooklyn & Bear, we take great care in creating beautiful, high-quality products including laser cut signs, decor, keepsakes, clothing, and embroidery.

Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

❌ Change of Mind Returns

Custom & Personalised Items
No returns or refunds for change of mind.
This applies to:

  • Laser cut decor & signs 🐻

  • Keepsakes 🐻

  • Embroidered clothing / Blankets 🐻

Non-Custom Items (clothing & accessories without personalisation)

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Clearance items are final sale.

✅ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue 🤎. We’ll work quickly to replace, repair, or refund.

🔄 Changes to Orders

Orders begin processing immediately. Changes can only be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Brooklyn & Bear is not responsible for parcels once dispatched. We’ll assist with tracking where possible 🐻. For peace of mind, we recommend express shipping at checkout.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a non-custom item is to return it (if eligible) and place a new order using store credit 🤎. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only for approved claims (damaged/faulty/incorrect items). For change of mind on eligible non-custom items, a store credit will be issued. Bank processing times may vary.
