All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Queensland within 2–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched 🤎.

Please note that Australia Post are currently experiencing delays which are completely out of our control. The shipping times quoted are estimates only and may vary.

Express Shipping is available as an upgrade to your shipping method 🐻. Please note this does not mean your order will be processed faster - it only shortens the postal delivery time once dispatched.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, Brooklyn & Bear takes no responsibility for:

  • Loss, delays, or damage to your parcel

  • Undelivered items due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels that are marked as delivered but later go missing

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Brooklyn & Bear cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address 🤎.

For custom or handmade items (such as laser cut decor, keepsakes, or embroidered clothing), turnaround times may vary. Please refer to the product description for specific timeframes before placing your order 🐻.
